Collaborative care is a combination of the dental specialties creating a team approach towards full mouth restoration or a complete smile makeover.

Our aesthetic dentist, Dr. Leigh, places a strong emphasis on restoring patients to achieve proper form and function.

Our orthodontist, Dr. Krebs, provides a vital component towards obtaining proper tooth relationships by utilizing the latest technology in tooth movement to maximize the maintenance of healthy teeth.

Dr. Leigh will interview prospective patients seeking complex treatment. Once it has been determined what type of specialties will be necessary, the process of collecting records and data begins.

As a patient seeking complex restorative care, you will be an active participant in obtaining all the knowledge necessary to make an educated decision regarding your treatment.

The steps prior to any treatment are as follows:

  • Patient interviews with Dr. Leigh – decision is made if patient and doctor expectations towards treatment goals are in agreement.
  • Referral given to patient for consultation within network of dedicated specialists.
  • Specialists will meet to discuss total case treatment and determine sequence of treatment.
  • Case presentation will be provided by Dr. Leigh and referring specialists, as indicated by each particular case.
  • Financial agreements are made and signed.
  • Treatment commences.
