
Douglas F. Leigh DDS, originally from the Town of LaGrange, a small hamlet in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State, received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992. While preparing for entrance into dental school, Dr. Leigh was employed as a Medical Technologist within the University Hospital at Stony Brook performing diagnostic testing for Lyme Disease. Dr. Leigh received his D.D.S. in 1998 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he participated in research related to the disease factors associated with periodontal disease and published 2 peer reviewed papers with Robert Schifferle D.D.S. Ph.D.
As a lifelong student in the art and science of dentistry, Dr. Leigh continually pursues advanced training to offer his patients the most up to date and proven dental treatments. Dr. Leigh is certified in placing the popular “Lumineers” restorations, is an active member of DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation), has completed the advanced training program, “The Essentials,” at the renowned Panky Institute and is currently participating in the Implant Mini-Residency at Boston University and will begin a 24 month program for Orthodontics and an Implant Externship at the University of Tennessee beginning in 2009.
Dr. Leigh dedicates his time outside the office to his family and their community. Together they enjoy spending time with friends and family, travel, the cultural arts, skiing, bicycling, running, yoga and pilates.

Linda J. Krebs, D.D.S., Ph.D., grew up in Angelica, New York, a small town in western New York State. She studied Biology at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and earned her D.D.S. and her Ph.D. at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her Ph.D. is in Physiology & Biophysics, with her thesis research focused on endocrine regulation of cellular growth.
Dr. Krebs joined the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Connecticut in 2000 to pursue specialty training in orthodontics and post-doctoral research in genetic regulation of growth. After completing her studies, she remained at the university as an assistant professor of orthodontics. In this capacity, she taught in the residency and pre-doctoral programs, conducted research on the influence of genetics on growth and practiced orthodontics in the faculty practice. She has authored numerous original research papers and presented her work at national and international meetings. Dr. Krebs has also been the recipient of several honors and awards, including competitive grants from the National Institute of Health and a teaching award from the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation. Although, most of her efforts today are devoted to the care of patients in her orthodontic practice, she still remains active in the University of Connecticut program as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics.
Dr. Krebs practices orthodontics in Chelmsford, Gardner and Somerville, Massachusetts. A member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Lowell Dental Society and the Massachusetts Dental Society, she also participates in several volunteer programs, such as the Children’s Identification Program. She provides her patients with individualized orthodontic care, and Dr. Krebs enjoys working with patients of all ages.
